What we do

Two surfaces. One crew. One trip.

Most of our customers book both — the ladder is already up, so the second service costs less than calling someone out separately.

Solar Panel Cleaning

Dust film is the quiet thief in the High Desert. We use soft brushes and 0 TDS deionized water so panels dry spot-free, with nothing left behind to attract more grit.

  • Residential rooftop & ground-mount arrays
  • Commercial rooftops, carports and pole mounts
  • Deionized water only — no detergents, no warranty risk
  • Visual check for cracked cells, loose clamps, bird nesting
  • Twice-a-year maintenance plans available

Free estimate · priced by panel count and roof access

Window Cleaning

Inside, outside, tracks and screens. Hard water from sprinklers etches desert glass fast — we treat the mineral staining instead of just wiping around it.

  • Interior & exterior glass, frames and sills
  • Screen washing and track detailing
  • Hard water & mineral stain removal
  • Two-story homes and storefront glass
  • Post-construction and move-in cleans

Free estimate · priced by pane count and number of stories

How it works

Three steps, start to finish.

STEP 01

Tell us what you've got

Call or send the form. Text us a photo of the array or the front of the house and we'll quote from that — otherwise we swing by. Either way the estimate is free and the number is flat.

STEP 02

We clean with pure water

Soft brush, deionized water through a filtered pole. Nothing abrasive touches the cells and no soap residue is left to bake on. Most homes take under two hours.

STEP 03

You get the photos

Before and after shots of every elevation, plus a note on anything we spotted up there — a cracked cell, a lifted clamp, a pigeon nest starting under the panels.

Why here, specifically

What the Mojave does to your investment.

A cleaning schedule that works on the coast doesn't work in Victorville. Four things we deal with that other crews never see.

Fine alkali dust

Desert dust is finer than coastal dust and it bonds to warm glass. Left alone it forms a haze that a rainstorm won't lift.

Sprinkler overspray

High Desert water is hard. Overspray dries into mineral spotting that etches glass permanently if it sits through a season.

Wind events

Santa Ana and spring wind loads drop grit, seed pods and roofing granules across an array in a single afternoon.

Birds under panels

The gap under a rooftop array is prime pigeon real estate. Droppings are corrosive and nests are a genuine fire concern.

Questions

Before you call.

How often should panels be cleaned out here?

Twice a year suits most High Desert homes — once after the spring wind season and once in early fall. If you're on a dirt road, near an active field or under trees, three or four times a year keeps output steady.

Will cleaning scratch my panels or void the warranty?

No. We use soft-bristle brushes and deionized water at low pressure — no abrasives, no detergents, no pressure washer on the glass. That is the method most panel manufacturers specify in their own maintenance guidance.

Why deionized water instead of soap?

Deionized water has had its minerals stripped out, so it dries without leaving spots and needs no soap to lift dust. Soap residue is the bigger problem out here — it stays tacky on hot glass and grabs the next round of dust.

What does it cost?

Solar cleaning is priced by panel count and roof access; windows by pane count and number of stories. Estimates are free and the quote you get is the price you pay — call or send the form and we’ll get you a number the same day.

Do you handle commercial arrays?

Yes — rooftops, carports, pole mounts and ground arrays for businesses, HOAs and property managers across the High Desert. We can work around your hours and provide a certificate of insurance for your file.

Do I need to be home?

Not for exterior work. We just need access to the spigot and the gate. Interior window cleaning does need someone there to let us in.
